Returns & Refunds Policy

• Products once sold are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size, or personal preference.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
• To initiate a claim, email us at support@glambug.in with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.
• Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
• Claims for damage or defect must be supported by clear photographs.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Personalized, customized, or engraved jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
• Items purchased during special sales or promotions are not eligible for return unless defective.

• If your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as per your preference.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days after approval, to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
